I know so clearly that I had nothing to do with the writing of this book. Now don’t get me wrong – I didn’t hire a team of ghost writers. I did, in fact, write this book. Or rather, it is much more appropriate to say that my mind-body was used to write this book. I have known from the very beginning that I was simply an instrument. When I was writing this book, I was filled with such a palpable feeling of inspiration that I was able to wake up at 4 am throughout the summer to write. I was filled with an energy that was truly beyond anything I had experienced before. The best word to describe it is inspiration. From the very beginning, when the idea for this book first arrived in my mind, until now with its official release, the universe has delivered signs, support, and guidance to bring it to fruition. Now the time has arrived, and the launch is underway!
It is just like a parent who lovingly releases her child out into the world. You know that the child was never your child. The child was sent to you from beyond, from that unknowable knowing, the realm of ineffable love.

In exactly this same way, I trust completely in the force that has created this book, this arrow, that is now launching with perfection, poise, beauty, and grace out into the world, that it may heal and inspire the souls that it touches.
Realize this truth, YOU are always an instrument. Always. Moments of inspiration, moments of knowing, give you a glimpse into this reality, the reality of being lived instead of living. But in truth you are always being used in this way, being used as an instrument. Whether you realize it or not, whether you feel it or not, whether you are aware of it or not, you are being breathed and lived by the Spirit of Love that is forever creating, again and again, longing only to experience Itself in its majesty and glory.
If you struggle with knowing and experiencing this, realize that you do nothing to stay alive. You are here in this physical world by grace alone. It is easy to see this when you look at the physical world. Trees grow, animals grow, seasons come and go, all happens by itself.
Discover that this is the nature of all reality, not only the natural world. Your body, your life, your very existence is being handled for you. The only thing you have to do, the only thing you can do, is relax and align yourself with this force. Align yourself with this Love. Align yourself to that which is already orchestrating it all. Let go of your illusions and delusions that you are someone doing something. Relax, let go, and allow. Do this and experience the peace, the joy, and the love that is truly beyond your wildest dreams. The love that is independent of circumstance. The very real, very palpable, and absolutely immanent love that is always there, always now, and always available for you to experience, provided only that you are willing and available to let it touch you, guide you, and cherish you in the absolute and unconditional way you were meant to be loved.
