  3. You have developed a 5-step process for helping people love their bodies and their lives.  Can you explain what it is and how it works?

  4. You have gone through your own struggles with body-loathing.  What did you learn?  And what tips can you share with others undergoing the same struggle?

  5. What do you do in your personal body-image coaching programs that can transform a person’s life?

  6. Your process is a great deal more than exercises and behavior modification. It has a significant spiritual component. Tell us about that?

  7. Body-loathing seems to be rampant, especially in young girls and women. Where do you place the blame?  Is it all the fault of the media and fashion industry?  What should a parent do?

  8. What is the relationship between loving your body and obesity?  Everyone knows that obesity rates are skyrocketing - if we love our bodies, won’t we just get fatter?

  9. How do you know if your child is in danger of an eating disorder?  What can you do about it?
